From Kobayashi presentation, audience can know how Japanese people have good discipline and bold personality. The way he present the material show that Japanese people have high personality, some joke added in presentation such as he never love MBA educational that he think can damage the creativity. He often say “stupid” to many things that not suitable with his principle, funny!!
There are some lessons we can learn from Honda ways to develop its organization, the first thing he said that the big company should not always make the profit for their decision, but Value. Why? Because the company that always do something for profit, just like people walking in earth without soul, there are no sense of concern about the customers. With Value as customer satisfaction, company will always do the best in all the things they do and the success will automatically arrived. Good company also recognizes the issue and has a plan to solve and improve.
Uniqueness also the key success, customers always want something new and they will not looking and appreciate the follower, because only the first will be seen and valued. The harsh word he said “Knowledge from books is looked down as secondhand and you just parroting other person idea”, company who heard this statement will be offended. So why does we can’t act unique?
Kobayashi also said that the younger should dare to try something new, because the sources of innovation come from the courage we’ve done. Expert says that “Innovation with minimizing failure is impossible and failure experience is the best teacher.
