Recently, there are some good progress in my company related our internal business process, maybe you know the program named “clean company program”. For some people, they think this program is only slogan and not seriously be taken, but if the company can apply this program this will became value added for company images improvement.
Clean company program is one of Corporate Social Responsibility in different format for internal business which each element in company takes responsibility for make transaction in fair. In telecommunication there are many risky part of scope of work related with breaking the company rules. As example, in project scope employee tends to accept the vendor gift for certain purpose such as get good name and recommendation for winning the project.
The other real case in our company is employee forbidden to sell unique number to public with higher price than the real price. This is important because usually certain people must pay extra money which not be paid to company but for the employee that sell the number, this will give bad image for the company.
The real act for all the case is making the regulation bold for all the rule broke and apply the rule strictly. It also important to the company for made this ruler socialized for all employee. New Hire Orientation (NHO) and email reminder is the best ways to socialize the regulation.
So, let’s start clean company and behavior in our company
